The scope of the conference is the analysis of challenges in higher education in the 21st century. Innovations in the management systems, survey of innovative trends, the discussion of results in related fields, and the initiation of institutional HR strategy are in focus.

Since the democratic transition higher education system have faced numerous challenges. In the last 20 years the ideas about university management and different approaches have changed radically. Amidst these changes the concept about organisations, appearing competition in economic fields has undergone a transformation. Autonomy and  increasing market requirements urge institutions and their staff to meet the growing challenges and actions.

Reviewing the changes and exchanging experience provide a great opportunity for expertees to meet and develop further collaboration.

Participation is free, but limited presentations are available.

All studies presented at the conference are to be published in a lectured Book of Studies with ISBN number.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACTS

Conference talks are oral presentations presenting new research experiences. They are organised by the program committee into 90 minutes sections. Each section has four talks lead by a chairman. Thematic talks are 15-20 minutes long according to chairman’s and presenter’s decision. They are followed by a short discussion.

Language of conference is Hungarian or English.

May you be interested in presenting a talk, you need to register here with an abstract. Abstracts must include the target of research and questions, applied methods, the execution of research and the results. The abstracts can contain maximum 1500 characters and must be uploaded by April 3, 2014.

Evaluation

The uploaded abstracts are to be evaluated by two separate reviewers based on the following:

  • General quality and scientific originality
  • Theoretic and practical notability of research
  • Elaboration of theoretic frame
  • Problem definifion of questions and the aim of research
  • Research methods
  • Quality and validity of analysis
  • Presentation of results
  • Interpretation of results
  • Meeting scope of conference

 Final resolution of attendance is reached by the Academic Program-committee.

One person can be an author or co-author for at the most two talks. Each talk (abstract) can have a maximum of two co-authors.
